Moose Jaw Refinery produces roofing flux by processing specific Western Canadian crude oil streams. Access to these crude oil streams is paramount and the ability to batch process allows MJR to ensure a consistent, predictable, roofing flux material. Gibson's capital investment (a second boiler, plant winterization, additional tankage) has allowed MJR to operate on a year round basis and enter the U.S. roofing flux asphalt market
